جذب زیستی یون‌های نیکل از محلول آبی به وسیله ریزجلبک Scenedesmus obliquus

چکیده

وجود آلودگی‌های فلزات سنگین و معایب روش‌های معمول حذف، سبب شده که مطالعات بر روی روش­های کارآمدتر جذب انجام شود. جذب زیستی به‌وسیله­ ریزجلبک یکی از روش های مناسب است که مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌است. در این میان، ریزجلبک Scenedesmus obliquus توان خوبی برای رشد در داخل پساب‌ها دارد. این پژوهش در سال 1398، کارایی ریزجلبک Scenedesmus obliquus را برای حذف نیکل از محلول‌های آبی مورد بررسی قرارداد. برای تعیین شرایط بهینه­ رشد جلبک همراه با بیشترین راندمان حذف آلودگی نیکل، ابتدا جلبک در محیط کشت BG-11 کشت داده‌شد. شرایط غلظت پایه،­ آلاینده­ نیکل ppm1 10 وpH   برابر با 1/0±7 درنظر گرفته‌شد که در این غلظت در دماهای مختلف، دمای بهینه، 30 درجه سانتی‌گراد با میزان رشد جلبک براساس جذب نوری برابر با 81/0 به‎دست‌آمد. در مرحله بعد برای تعیین غلظت بهینه، غلظت‌های 0 (شاهد)، 5/0، 1، 2، 5، 10 و 20 ppm نیکل، در زمان‌های (1، 7، 14 و 21روز) و دمای 2±30 درجه سانتی‌گراد و pH برابر با 1/0±7 مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. شرایط بهینه برای جذب فلز توسط جلبک در دمای 30 درجه سانتی‌گراد، غلظت ppm 10 بود که در آن مقدار حذف، 07/91 درصد بود. ایزوترم لانگمویر و مدل سینتیک شبه درجه دوم تطابق بهتری با داده‌ها نشان دادند. داده‌های تعادل برای نیکل به‎خوبی با روش جذب لانگمویر برازش شد و حداکثر ظرفیت جذب 76/25 میلی­گرم بر گرم در روز چهارم گزارش شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که ریزجلبک Scenedesmus obliquus به‎عنوان جاذب گیاهی از توان بالایی برای حذف فلز سنگین نیکل برخوردار است.
