The aim was to measure heavy metals in the effluent of Gorgan wastewater treatment plant which with 32 effluent samples of Gorgan wastewater treatment plant were sampled during 6 months in 2016 and concentration of lead, cadmium by polarograph and atomic absorption was assessed. Risk of carcinogenicity and non-carcinogenicity was calculated in three cases: minimum, moderate and maximum. Average concentration of lead in the effluent was 0.003943547 mg/L, which is value for cadmium measured 0.000143571 mg/L.The concentrations of heavy metals in wastewater effluent and dried sludge, except in returned sludge, were below the standards. Due to long-term use of effluents, necessity of treatment of other parameters, and effect of bioaccumulation of metals in sludge, caution should be taken for their agricultural application. Because of importance of this type of contaminants in soil and food products, continuous monitoring by water companies is highly necessary.In mean state, for every one hundred million people, 7.21 people, in max mode, for every ten million people, 1.13 people and in the case of min, for every one hundred million people, 2.82 people are at risk of cancer.}, keywords = {Water,Wastewater,Lead,Cadmium,Carcinogenic risk,wastewater treatment effluent,Agricultural products}, title_fa = {ارزیابی ریسک غذایی فلزات سنگین (کادمیوم، سرب) برخوردار از پساب تصفیه‌خانه ناشی از مصرف محصولات زراعی توزیع شده در شهرگرگان}, abstract_fa = {آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ محیط‌زیست ﺑﺎ ﻓﻠﺰات ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺘﻘﺎل آن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت به‌عنوان ﯾﮏ ﻣﺸﮑﻞ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ و در حال گسترش ﻣﻄﺮح است. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ باهدف ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻓﻠﺰات ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦ در ﭘﺴﺎب تصفیه‌خانه ﻓﺎﺿﻼب ﺷﻬﺮﮔﺮﮔﺎن با ﺗﻌﺪاد 32 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﺴﺎب خروجی تصفیه‌خانه ﻓﺎﺿﻼب ﮔﺮﮔﺎن ﻃﯽ 6 ﻣﺎه در ﺳﺎل 95 نمونه‌برداری و غلظت  ﻓﻠﺰات ﺳﺮب، ﮐﺎدﻣﯿﻮم، ﺗﻮﺳﻂ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﭘﻼروﮔﺮاف و ﺟﺬب اﺗﻤﯽ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺷﺪ. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ﻣﯿــﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻏﻠﻈــﺖ ﺳــﺮب در ﭘﺴــﺎب mg/L 003943547/0 ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺑﺮای کادﻣﯿﻢ mg/L 000143571/0 در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮی ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻓﻠﺰات ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦ در ﭘﺴﺎب خروجی تصفیه‌خانه فاضلاب در زﯾﺮ ﺣﺪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﻮد. ﺑـﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻃﻮﻻﻧﯽ، ﻟﺰوم ﺗﺜﺒﯿﺖ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎ و اﺛﺮ ﺗﺠﻤﻊﭘﺬﯾﺮی ﻓﻠﺰات در پساب، ﺑﺎﯾـﺪ در ﮐـﺎرﺑﺮد آنﻫـﺎ ﺑـﺮای ﻣﺼﺎرف ﮐﺸﺎورزی دﻗﺖ و اﺣﺘﯿﺎط ﻻزم ﺑﻪ‎ﻋﻤﻞ آﯾﺪ. ﺑﻪ‎ﻫﻤﯿﻦ دﻟﯿﻞ و ﺑـﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺣﻀﻮر اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع از آﻻﯾﻨﺪهﻫـﺎ در خاک و ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ، ﭘﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ آنﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ شرکت‌های آب و ﻓﺎﺿﻼب ﺿﺮوری اﺳﺖ. درنهایت مشخص شد که در حالت mean به‌ازای هر یک‌صد میلیون نفر تعداد 21/7 نفر، در حالت max  به‌ازای هر ده میلیون نفر تعداد 13/1 نفر و در حالت min به‌ازای هر یک‌صد میلیون نفر تعداد 82/2 نفر در معرض ریسک سرطانی قرار دارند.}, keywords_fa = {ﭘﺴﺎب,ﻓﻠﺰات ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦ,ﮔﺮﮔﺎن,سرب,کادمیوم,ریسک سرطان‌زایی,پساب تصفیه‌خانه فاضلاب,محصولات کشاورزی}, url = {https://www.jwwse.ir/article_146662.html}, eprint = {https://www.jwwse.ir/article_146662_9c772207c19f2da3d07dde6ef631ef1b.pdf} }
