مروری بر عملکرد سیستم تماس‎دهنده بیولوژیکی دوار برای تصفیه پساب‎های فنولی

چکیده

ترکیبات فنولیک جزء هیدروکربن‎های آروماتیک حلقوی (PAHs) و مهم‎ترین آلاینده‎های محیط‎زیست هستند که در پساب بسیاری از صنایع از جمله پالایشگاه، پتروشیمی، صنایع فولادسازی و کارخانه ذوب‎آهن با میانگین غلظت 10 تا 2000 میلی‎گرم بر لیتر یافت می‎شوند. حذف این ترکیبات قبل از رها کردن آن‎ها در طبیعت و استفاده مجدد از پساب از اهمیت ویژه‎ای برخودار است. از میان روش‎های حذف فنول، تصفیه زیستی یک روش دوست‎دار طبیعت و مقرون به‎صرفه به‎حساب می‎آید. در این بین سیستم تماس‎دهنده بیولوژیکی دوار (RBC) به‎عنوان یکی از کارآمدترین فرآیندهای تصفیه پساب رشد چسبیده بستر ثابت برای تصفیه ثاتویه و پیشرفته با راندمان 85 تا 99 درصد در حذف فنول شناخته می‎شود. از مزیت‎های تماس دهنده‎های بیولوژیکی دوار می‎توان به مقاومت در مقابل شوک‎های هیدرولیکی و آلی، احتمال کم ایجاد شرایط بی‎هوازی، خاصیت ته‎نشینی بسیار بالای لجن تولید شده، نیاز به فضای کم، هزینه تامین انرژی بسیار پایین، سادگی و سهولت در راهبری و بهره‎برداری، عدم نیاز به افراد متخصص برای نظارت و بهره‎برداری و هزینه تعمیر و نگهداری پایین اشاره کرد. بررسی حاضر به معرفی سیستم RBC، مقایسه آن با دیگر روش‎های تصفیه فنول، بیان تاریخچه و نحوه طراحی راکتور و پارامترهای عملیاتی اثرگذار بر روی آن می‎پردازد. در پایان پژوهش‎های پیشین در زمینه حذف فنول توسط سیستم RBC مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.
