بررسی قابلیت کاهش سختی، کلسیم، آهن، سیلیس و کلرور از آب مورد استفاده در کارخانه آلومینای جاجرم با استفاده از دو نوع نانو آلومینا

چکیده

با توجه به اثرات نامطلوب برخی اجزای فلزی و غیر فلزی بر خواص آب، این مقاله جذب اجزای کلسیم، آهن، سیلیس، کلرور و سختی از آب مورد استفاده در کارخانه آلومینای جاجرم را با استفاده از دو نوع نانو پودر آلومینا شرح می‎دهد. هر دو نوع نانو آلومینا خواص مشابهی دارند با این تفاوت که از دو روش متفاوت ساخته شده‎اند. پارامتر زمان به‎عنوان متغیر اصلی در فرآیند جذب انتخاب شد. برای این کار ابتدا مقدار مشخصی از نانو ذرات آلومینا در مقدار مشخصی از آب مصرفی کارخانه آلومینا  قرارگرفته و سپس برای همگن‎سازی کامل، نمونه در مدت زمان‎های60، 120، 180، 240، 360 و 480 دقیقه روی هم‎زن مغناطیسی قرارگرفت. دمای محلول‎ها ثابت و برابر با 25 درجه سانتی‎گراد و pH محلول‎ها نیز در تمام نمونه‎ها ثابت و برابر 6/7 بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین درصد جذب سیلیس، آهن، کلسیم، سختی و کلروراید توسط آلومینای A1 و A2 به‎ترتیب 73/89-35، 100-100، 73/29-43/32، 22/11-45/16 و 37/10-67-6 است. با افزایش زمان تماس، میزان جذب افزایش می‌یابد. هم‎چنین نتایج حاصل از انجام آزمایش‎ها مشخص کرد که می‎توان از نانو پودر آلومینا به‎عنوان یک روش مؤثر برای جذب گونه‎های اشاره شده و کاهش سختی از محلول‎های آبی استفاده کرد.
